Nat Loftus is a self-taught painter and collage artist based in North Tyneside.
Working across a range of mediums and materials, her work grapples with a deep desire for belonging and security in an impermanent world – celebrating life while mourning its brevity. Her process becomes a quiet ritual against mortality – a way of chasing the fleeting sense of joy, control and legacy experienced in the act of creation.
